Yoga camp is an opportunity to enjoy yoga, meditation and mindfulness activities, with a daily adventure exploring and playing in nature. Join Calli and Ashley, both qualified Children's Yoga teachers for a week long kids retreat this Summer.
Monday to Friday 8:30-14:00
- Yoga and meditation
- Nature adventures
- Mindfulness activities (Music, art and crafts)
Suitable for children aged 5 - 8.
What to bring:
- Packed lunch
- Morning snack
- Water bottle
- Small backpack / bag for adventuring!
- Change of clothes
- Sun hat
- Suncream (please apply before drop off and we will help them to re-apply as required)
