An online yoga experience that teaches the fundamentals of yoga; basic postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques. The series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build confidence and understanding of their own unique practice.
The goal of our time together is to give you the tools needed to conquer any yoga or meditation class that you set your heart on. You can expect to build strength, flexibility, increase your body awareness and learn about proper posture. Bonus we'll also work on techniques to help you manage the rollercoaster of experiences that life brings our way.
This will be an intimate experience in a comfortable online community setting with lots of time to ask questions, connect and to have your personal practice assessed. Let's face it, we're all built differently and yoga is all about learning how to find your own unique groove.

Please dress comfortable for class. Wear clothes that are easy to move in and preferably have a yoga mat set up. No props are required however if you do have yoga blocks that is a plus! You can get creative and use books instead of yoga blocks :) we will help guide you through that process before the series begins.
