Explore all the layers of your body, mind, and soul through a 5 week yoga series focused on the Koshas. The Koshas model suggests that we are multi-layered beings. Not only are we moving our bodies in yoga asana classes, but we are moving prana (life force), steadying our mind, engaging our intuition, and experiencing our soul, blissful selves. We will journey through these layers by experimenting with different asana and meditation styles all at a moderate accessible pace. I see this is a really beautiful way to engage yoga as a full system: philosophy, asana, meditation, and pranayama!
