In this class we spend time breathing with baby, moving with baby and resting with baby. As well, we practice yoga moves for baby to aid sleep and digestion and take time just for ourselves.
Over this 4 week pod series, you'll reconnect to your core and pelvic floor safely and effectively. You will also relieve your upper body muscles and ease the overall mental, physical and emotional tension that comes with being a parent.
