Terms & Conditons of Booking: 

For cancellations more than 6 weeks prior course commencement, all fees will be refunded less the $100 non-refundable deposit.
For cancellations within 4 weeks of commencement date, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
For cancellations within 2 weeks of commencement date, no refund will be given.

In case of a Pandemic or a positive PCR/RAT COVID test no refund will be given but retreat is transferable to another person.

Arrive at the retreat from 3.00pm on Friday 21st April 2021 (we understand if you can't get away early)

* Please try and reduce your sugar, cafeine, tabaco and wheat intake in the 2, 3 days leading up to the retreat where possible.

* Be prepared to rest as you enter into the cleanse retreat weekend.

* You will be contacted before the retreat weekend with further preparation requirments.

T&C

Booking is strictly Non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. 

Bring with you;

* Yoga Mat, Bolster and 2 blankets for Savasana, eye pillow if you have one.

(If you don't have your own Yoga props the retreat centre has spares)

(I will be selling eye pillows for $20 if you would ike to purchase one).

* Indoor shoes and outdoor shoes for walking

* Swimmers for the Sauna and Magnesium Pool

* Old swimmers or underware and an old towel for the Ayurvedic self massage

* Note Book & Pen for journalling

****Please let me know if you would like a massage (this will be an additional cost)

If you would like me to hook you up with one or two of the other guests to car pool up, just reply to this emial.

All meals are vegan on the detox please let me know if you have any dietry requirements.
