A Workshop focused on Inversions, taking you upside down with a mindful presence.
Part One: Explore and break down the classical inversions: Headstand, shoulderstand and plough from a holistic perspective. Develop and understand the strength, mobility and flexibility required to invert with confidence.
Part Two: Move through a therapeutic practice of restorative inversions, including supported and accessible ways to bring the heart above the head and tap into baroreceptors to switch your nervous system into relaxation mode.
Suitable for those with some yoga experience.
