This 4 week series, plus an integration week, runs on Sunday afternoons uniquely for teen girls aged 11-15 years old.
They will explore topics such as ‘Be Brave’, ‘I Am Unique’, ‘I Am My Own Hero’, ‘I Am Enough’ through CIRCLE (Collective Conversations), WORKSHOP, JOURNALING, BREATHWORK, MINDFULNESS AND MOVEMENT.
BE PRACTICALLY GUIDED IN HOW TO:
- gather, connect, share, learn from each other and be heard
- explore what it is to be confident, and have the courage to be true to oneself
- develop skills to build a world where acceptance, equality and uniqueness is celebrated and to stand beside and raise each other up.
Expect to join your daughter / young woman for 30 minutes on the first and last weeks.
BRAVE: BE REAL AND VALUE YOURSELF EVERYDAY
- Adolescence is a
huge time of change and growth. It is the period of life reserved
for rebellion and self-discovery, but as the demands in life
increase for teens, this time is often fraught with confusion,
insecurity and uncertainty. For many these challenges lead to
disconnection and isolation.
- The Brave Spaces
series foundation is built on the strength and power of the
feminine experience and is a collaboration between your young
woman, yourself and our facilitators.
- We have deliberately
designed the Circle Series as an inclusive immersion not only for
the young women who attend but also their feminine role model –
- The journey will
begin and end with both of you in attendance for the first half an
hour of the welcome session in Week 1, spending a Girls Day Out/In
together in the middle and attending the final half an hour in
celebration for the closing session.
- We know it will be a special time out of the usual 3D world to enhance and add layers to your relationship with each other.

An integration week the girl and her feminine role model spend time together enjoy special time together deepening their connection and making memories to cherish (this is totally up to you).

I take time out to recharge my personal battery pack and can find my peaceful place whenever I need to go there. (2 hours)
WHAT TO BRING & OH THAT QUESTION…WHAT DO I WEAR?
- Bring your water bottle, a journal and favourite pen and your beautiful self
- Wear loose comfortable clothing, whatever makes you happy!
WHERE TO GO: Nourished Yoga, Terrey Hills Swim School, 31 Myoora Road, Terrey Hills.
TIME: 3pm start, but please respect the time and arrive from 2.45pm to settle in and get comfy.
