It’s more important than ever that kids have a space where they can move, breathe, and just have fun! In this 4-week series, kids will practice yoga and meditation to welcome Spring.
During each practice yogis will be expected to follow socially distancing guidelines. Yogis must wear a mask as they enter the studio and can remove their masks once sitting on their mats. Yogis must remain on their mats and socially distanced from others while in the studio.
