Learn HOW and WHAT to fire up during Chaturanga.
Chaturanga Dandasana (High to low plank) can be a challenging pose that, for some, looks effortless.
During this workshop Allison will break down Chautanga into pieces, highlighting what parts of your body need to be strong or stretched.
Once you know what parts of your body need to be turned on, Allison will introduce drills to help you activate in those areas at different levels. These drills will help you build your Chaturanga over time, allow you to find growth & prevent injury.
You will leave this workshop with knowledge to modify your yoga practice, so that each time you do Chaturanga you are empowered to build strength & increase your capacity. Inviting growth & improvement into your yoga practice.
