Do you
suffer from back or neck pain? You are certainly not alone as over
264 million work days are lost annually to back pain and
dysfunction. Many people are left feeling that surgery is the best
option but with only a 70 percent success rate and a 3 to 12 month
recovery period, there may be other routes to pain
management.
In this 4
week series, we will explore back and neck pain, its many causes
and how to help to possibly decrease tension and soreness
throughout the back. By strengthening, stretching and promoting
pressure point therapy, working together to provide you with
new tools to help manage your back pain.
Tools
needed: will need to bring a ball(tennis ball, pt ball, etc)
for trigger point therapy.
Series
includes all 4 weeks plus a 10 percent reduction on your next

Cyndi is a passionate yoga teacher who aims to make yoga accessible to everyone. Her 500hr training took her into studying accessible yoga and yoga for all populations. Including safe and modified practices to help you feelings and being your best self.
