• Learn techniques for self-care: restorative yoga postures, breathwork techniques, guided meditation, and mindfulness-based strategies for reducing stress and creating peace.

       About our facilitator

Amber Bergman is a New York State licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages, families and individuals.  Amber believes in a holistic, strength-based approach for healing the self.  She recently completed a 200-hour Yoga Instructor training at Grounded on Glen Street.  She specializes in Yin Yoga and guided meditation.
