May Meditation Challenge ONLINE
During these challenging and changing times, it can be very helpful to adopt a new routine and rhythm that will ground and center our energy for the day. We invite you to join us for a month of morning meditation. You will feel the support of the community and a sense of connection! You don't need to have formal meditation instruction and all are welcome. You are welcome to meet the challenge of meditating everyday, or just drop in when it suits you. Just show up!
The gatherings will be at 8:00am (eastern time) every morning for ~ 15 minutes. The teacher will guide you into the meditation and hold space for you to just BE & BREATHE.
Your guides for this journey are an amazing collection of beautiful teachers eager to sit with you and share in life as it unfolds.

All you need is you and your breath!
Welcome to the May Meditation Challenge. We are excited about sharing this month-long journey with you. Each morning we are offering a virtual gathering with a collection of beautiful teachers guiding and holding space for you. During this month, join us as often as you are able to find stillness, breathe and inhabit each precious NOW moment. Every time you show up for yourself, we are showing up for each other… transforming together.
The ZOOM meeting space will open at 7:45am. The meditation will begin at 8:00am and conclude at 8:15am.
There are two ways that you can join the meeting:
- Each morning about 1 hour prior to the start of class you will receive a reminder email that will contain your unique link to join the virtual studio for that day. Please note that your link changes everyday and you will receive a reminder email every day.
- Alternatively, at 7:45am your link will be available through your client profile on your upcoming classes page. Please note that this link will only appear 15 minutes prior to the class.
Once you have joined the meeting, please mute your microphone. To encourage connection and nurture the notion of community, we invite you to keep your video feed on and position yourself in front of your camera (pajamas welcome!). Of course, you have the option to turn your camera off if you would prefer.
Ensure that you will not be disturbed, that you are comfortable and warm. Sit comfortably with your pelvis supported in a way that encourages a sustainable neutral posture. Relax into your body, breathe, welcome stillness and trust the process.
