What makes this cardio class different?

If you've been to a posture class you will know how Vita focuses on posture, joints and functionality of the body. 

During this Cardio Posture Reset class we will focus on making sure the body is stable and the joints and muscles function to their best ability. Plus added cardio to get the heart pumping!

The class will begin with making sure that your posture is where it needs to be. Then move into high impact movement with awareness to work up a sweat!

Cool down will again focus on realigning the posture of the body.

Vita is a Postural Therapist who focuses on getting you moving more functionally in your body.

This is a POP UP CLASS that we hope to  add into the regular schedule.
