April 29, 2024 through May 20, 2024. Every Monday from 7:15-8:30pm. Our Beginner Yoga Four-week Series is the perfect introduction to the world of yoga and is super, relaxed and fun! Our instructors take each class step by step to ensure you feel confident in many of the most common yoga poses with adjustments to suit your body. It is ideal for complete beginners who have never tried yoga before, students returning to their yoga practice after a hiatus, or anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of the foundational poses of yoga. You will have plenty of time to practice each pose in a no-pressure environment. Who knows, you might even make a few new yoga friends!

What to expect: The first three weeks is focused on breaking down the postures used during a flow class. We will work with pranayama (breath), asana (postures) and alignment for safety. The last class, you will apply everything you learned into a one-hour yoga flow class. Must pre-register. No drop-ins.
