Live stream the
four-week Pilates course for post-natal
Stay at home and live stream the course with your baby as you re-connect with the abdominal region and ease back into exercise.
The course will help you to re-build your inner core, starting by reconnecting with the breathing and pelvic floor exercises. Gradually building the bodies strength and stability.
At the end of the class we will take time to release any tension held in the body with a deeply restful pose and meditation to spend some time to re fill your cup!
Join the course 5-6 weeks postpartum, once your health care provider has given you the all clear to start postnatal exercise.
This could be slightly longer after giving birth if you have had a c-section. Please inform Ashley if you have had a c-section or have any injuries or concerns that should be taken into account.
Feel free to repeat the course as often as you like as the exercises will constantly be changing and adapting to suit everyone and offer you the right amount of strength and relaxation.
There is also an in studio option to this course, which includes a live stream catch up toption for up to 48 hours.
Suitable for babies from six weeks up to crawling, get in touch for more information or if you’re recovering from c-section surgery.
All courses are non-refundable. We do not offer credits for missed sessions.
