In midsummer the world is awash with light, colour and endless possibility as Nature fulfils its potential in every corner, every flowerbed, every nest. Yoga is a way that humans celebrate what it is to be alive and to be part of this great burst of dynamic creation that is the cycle of life.
On this day of life-affirming, uplifting practice we will set intentions for fulfilling our potential as conscious creators of our own lives. We will strengthen our foundations and root ourselves firmly in the here and now, and in the strength of the earth beneath us.
There will be time for reflection, meditation, postures, pranayama and, of course, yoga nidra.
9am - Dynamic morning practice (meditation, mantra, asana, pranayama, relaxation). Themed on discovering and living our potential
11.20am - Personal reflection, journalling, small group discussion
12.15 pm Lunch
1.15pm Yoga Nidra
2.15pm Restorative Yoga
3.45pm Sound meditation
4.15pm Closing circle
