Qi Gong is an ancient Traditional Chinese movement meditation practice. Gentle movements and postures are used to nourish and circulate the vital energy force or “Qi” within the body. By working with the Qi, balance and harmony of physical health are combined with deep states of relaxation and stress relief. Longevity, vitality and spiritual development may be deeply enhanced through regular long term practice. This course is for those who have completed the Level 1 introduction course.
This medical Qi Gong form, is an 8 week course which offers the doorway into a journey of inner discovery through building the foundations of a gentle yet powerful daily practice which supports the essential foundation of the human energy systyem. Grounding and supportive in nature, the practices being offered in this course settle the mind, emotions and physical body into a state inner stability and centeredness. Gentle exercise of the muscles, bones, tendons and breath provides immediate benefits which grow over time with regular practice.
