Welcome in summer and the Full Moon under the canopy of our beloved oak tree with Soul Strong Yoga. This is the midpoint of the year, using the illumination of the Sun and the Full moon we can take time to reflect on yourself and your goals. It is a time to seek balance as the Full Moon moves into Capricorn and the Sun moves into Cancer. Cancer represents our domestic life, nurturance, and home life while Capricorn represents our career, accountability, and public life. Jupiter harmonizes with this moon gives us a sense of ease. It invites realizations and epiphanies to help us see the imbalances or opportunities to find balance.

 

Join Jessica and Sepi for Summer Sounds and Celebration at Soul Strong Yoga. The offering is lovingly designed to help release any heavy burdens and co-create our futures with the magnetic power of the Moon. Our evening includes a yoga flow practice, a healing gong bath, restorative savasana, Moon ceremony and special treats!

 

This is an outdoor event adjacent to the main studio. Please bring any items that would make you most comfortable for an evening outdoor practice. Blankets will be available!
