Breathwork stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, puts the heart into cardiac coherence, detoxifies the body by drenching it in oxygen and most importantly moves stagnant energy and negative remembered emotions through the body.
During the session we create space to invite in calm, peace and joy. Breathwork is invigorating and uplifting whilst it also invites in deep relaxation.
