6 Week Course Pilates for Total Beginners (+ OPTIONAL Posture Assessment)
Over the six weeks you will gain the fundamentals and principles of Pilates to improve your posture, build your strength and maintain a healthy body.
You will use breathing, centering and precision to control your movements and use exercises to help your every day mobility.
Start the course with Pilates focused on breathing, centering, pelvic floor, spine health, strong glutes and core, strong arms and chest - and eventually bringing it all together in full body conditioning sequences.
Ideal for strengthening and toning your whole body over the course of 6 weeks, great for injury recovery, too.
*Minimum of 3 students needed for the course to take place.
Please bring your own mat and a towel, and a drink of water.
