The International Day of Yoga (IDY) has been celebrated annually on 21 June since 2015, following its inception in the United Nations General Assembly in 2014.

Join us for this free workshop in celebration of IDY to discover and practice some key yoga techniques to help fortify your immune system, that you can then incorporate into your daily life.

All funds will go for supplies of oxygen, medicine, safety equipment etc in the Yoga in Daily Life hospital in Jadan, dristrict Pali, Rajanstan, India. The hospital is free for public and recently given to the Rajastan Government to be used as a Covid hospital.
