Please join us for this 4 class series to bring balance and harmony into the body, mind and heart. We'll breathe into some gentle movement, followed by a full Yoga Nidra practice.
This deep healing guided meditation and systematic form of relaxation is the perfect remedy for anxiety, stress, insomnia, as well as an overall nervous system reboot!
You're welcome to bring your own props such as bolster, blocks, and blankets, or you can use our own studio props (maybe a warm layer of clothes) to support your ultimate comfort as you are guided into a deep state of release and healing.

Per CDC guidelines, we no longer require masks or social distancing. You may wear a mask if you choose. The CDC has said it is safe for vaccinated people to be indoors without a mask and without social distancing. The CDC continues to recommend you wear a mask if you are not vaccinated. We trust that you will practice satya (truthfulness) and ahimsa (no harm) for the safety and comfort of all. If you are not feeling well, please continue to use our online zoom option for your class.
