In this two hour workshop, we will explore various ways to open the hips and release the hamstrings. We will explore how the hips and hamstrings can help us enjoy deeper work in standing poses, seated poses and supine poses.
Anne-Marie often refers to this workshop as a fun-filled trip around the hips! This workshop is suitable for all levels including beginners. Please bring a yoga strap, two yoga bricks, a mat, and two or three blankets. If you don't have these props, not to worry, you're more than welcome to use the studio props.
