These classes are suitable for pregnant people throughout all trimesters of the pregnancy. Yoga can be extremely helpful to assist various symptoms experienced during pregnancy, which may include: nausea, fatigue, back-pain, general aches and pains as well as stress. The classes are designed to stretch, strengthen and stabilise the body in preparation for labour as well as assisting in a good recovery post-partum. Incorporating visualisations to help you to connect with your baby as well as breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and help you to prepare mentally and emotionally as you approach labour and motherhood.
