The sessions incorporate a holistic yoga practice that helps to gradually restore the tone of the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles in a safe and gentle way, as well as helping to nourish the nervous system and help overcome stress and fatigue. A great way to connect with other new mums and feel well supported to face the challenges of early motherhood.
This is a safe environment where you are free to attend to your babies needs throughout the session (feeding, changing and soothing). Your little one may lie or sit on a mat next to you for some postures or may be a part of your practice. We are flexible to go with whatever comes up!
These sessions are suitable for women from 6 weeks after giving birth (8 weeks after caesarean birth) with babies of pre-crawling age.
*Please bring a yoga mat and towel or sarong.
** Do not attend if your or your child are unwell. Help us to keep you safe.
