Grab your mat and join us on the Taproot lawn for an inspiring yoga class with LIVE ROCK MUSIC!!

This high energy, good vibes class is taught by Taproot instructor Nicole Malanphy and is a rockin' 75 minute slow flow with strengthening elements incorporated. 

Tunes performed by Nick and Lori who have been performing together for 10 years. Together they combine classical guitar background with rock classics and vocal harmonies. You don't want to miss this unforgettable yoga and live music experience!

Cost is $20 per person; $15 for Taproot members.

Bring layers and bug spray!  We'll also provide Indu spray for bug repellant.

Feel free to stay afterwards and hang out in the greenhouse! (byosnacks/beverages)
