simple but powerful route for getting ourselves unstuck back into touch
with our own wisdom and vitality.
This practise will offer you helpful tools to bring awareness to your
intention by paying attention.
You will experience mindful walking, mindful eating, mindful yoga and a
mindful body scan meditation.
This practise has proven instrumental in assisting with chronic pain,
eating disorders, depression, anxiety, easing suffering and stress. The
habit of staying in the moment provides us to see, feel, touch and
