Want to help build up your self while helping the world around you? Join us for a two hour grounded meditative practice and journaling workshop. Write a letter to yourself outlining how you will become a more active, invovled member of your community and learn how that can lead to more love for yourself and the ones around you. The letters will be focused on commitments to continued service and engagement throughout the yogi’s community. Finally, the class will end with a grounded new moon flow, focused on the breath and allowing a moving meditation to take over.
