Join us for an evening of balance, gratitude and transition where we will gather in commUNITY, as one, under the full blood moon as we celebrate the fall seasons and prepare for the transition into winter months.
WHAT TO EXPECT…
As you arrive, we’ll cleanse with sage to prepare for the work ahead. We will first join in a circle where Jeanette will lead us through grounding breath work and an intention setting ceremony with visual imagery and journaling to help us find a deeper connection with ourselves.
During the intention setting ceremony, we will connect with the energy of the full moon over tea from Awaken One Home Remedies. Owner Siddiqah will share how the herbs used in her teas can help us ‘sip to our health’ and how we can incorporate tea into our individual journeys.
Next you will immerse your body and mind into the healing journey of Sound and Meditation. Either by floating weightless in an aerial hammock, or rooting into the ground, Jeanette will guide you into a deep meditative state with the sound of various meditation instruments and a full moon guided imagery practice focused on balance, gratitude and transition as we manifest the fall season and being the shift from the fall season into the winter months.
We will end the evening by returning to our community as one circle. We’ll spend a few moments in reflection, gratitude and in celebration of the season.

Class is open to all humans, including those experienced in meditation and those new to meditation. This is a casual and inviting environment where everyBODY is welcome! Students are invited to wear reds, oranges and yellows. Aerial hammocks will be open to the first 9 to register. Floor spots will be opened to those that join the waitlist as space is available.

ARRIVING / PREPARING FOR CLASS
Doors WILL BE locked at the time of class start and WILL NOT be opened. Ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to this class start time as no late arrivals will be permitted to enter.
The time prior to class start is quiet time and SHOULD be used to prepare for your mindfulness practice and SHOULD NOT be used for open studio time.
- This class will take place in-studio.
- Arrive 10-minutes early and enter 1 at a time.
- Please wear a mask / face covering when entering if you are unvaccinated.
- Face mask may be removed during class.
- Always maintain social distancing while inside studio.
- Be sure to bring your own mat and props.
- We recomend you bring a journal along with you.
