Our Prenatal Yoga classes are taught by Lyssa, a Yoga Alliance certified prenatal yoga teacher, and are designed for all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga can help increase energy, improve balance, build strength, ease discomfort, reduce stress and quiet the mind.
