Our Family Yoga classes are fun, engaging sessions that bring different ages and abilities together to get moving, stretching, breathing and resting in a welcoming and friendly environment.
Sessions involve physical movements and practices, singing, mindfulness practices, breathwork, games, partner-work and relaxation. All ages are accommodated, though sessions will generally be pitched at the youngest members of the group. Everyone is welcome, including grandparents and babies. No previous experience is required.
Session spaces are currently limted due to social distancing measures in place, so book early to avoid disappointment. When booking, book a place for one family member only and then make payment for the appropriate number of family members attending (babies under 9 months go free).
