This workshop will be a 90 minute session led by Dr Valeria Rytova. Val brings with her a tonne of knowledge and over a decade of experience.
She will take us through the topics of basic Neuroanatomy,The Neuroscience of Memory, Neuroplasticity, Neuroscience and Yoga, Effects of Yoga on the Brain and Cognitive Performance, Effects of Yoga on Mental Disorders.
