Self Massage, or Myofascial Release is a method of soft tissue
conditioning. We move, stretch, roll, release and hydrate
tight, stressed, overworked muscles and fascia. Everything in our
body is held together, encased by fascia. Through self
massage, we restore slide and glide to our tissues. Less pain, more
ease of movement in exercise and in our daily lives.
This month, we will focus in on Hips and Low Back, using a variety of tools and breath for ultimate self care and reset. Spaces are limited; Come to Release and Restore!
Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Please bring your own mat. Other Props will be provided that are throughly cleaned after each use. If you feel more comfortable to bring own props including yoga blocks, yoga strap or an extra blanket. We also have some available for purchase. Enjoy Class!
