A workshop focused on using the studio walls to explore new ways of practicing familiar poses and gain a fresh new perspective.
Part One: Warm up with dynamic movement to create warmth and mobility in the body. Use the wall to help activate and bring intention to standing and twisting postures.
Part Two: Slow paced restorative poses, using the wall to assist in seated poses followed by supported inversions to nurture the body, boost circulation and settle the mind.
The workshop will close with meditation - an opportunity to deeply relax and let go of all tension.
