With Ride On Bikes, Ride On Smoothies, and benefitting Dragonfly Trails

 

Join us for a leisurely 16 mile bike ride from Ride On Bikes to Oxbow Meadows along the beautiful Riverwalk while learning about the growing Dragonfly Trail Network from the Executive Director Becca Zajac. The most magnificent thing about living in Columbus is our easy access to the natural world. And it should be no surprise that one of the most efficient and effective ways to boost our overall health and well-being physically, mentally, and spiritually is by connectivity- with ourselves, each other, the natural world, and all that is. 

There is no greater way to connect with all of the above than a meditative bike ride amongst the elements. We will use this ride as a moving meditation to provide and host an opportunity for deep connectivity and calming energy even while on the move- because life is always moving- we simply cannot control the outside world, but we can control how we respond or react to it. In this experience, we will offer meditative techniques that you can use while ON THE MOVE to bring forth a sense of peace no matter where you are or what you're doing- in the uphill climbs as well as the downhill magic. 

After we ride together as a community, we will indulge in unwinding and unblocking any stagnation via a yoga class led by Charlotte Gallagher, RYT500, devoted to restoration in the luscious courtyard behind Ride On. And of course, you can count on our friends at Ride On Smoothies to nourish us via a nutrition-packed smoothie! Enjoy the RIDE!
