What happens when we breathe? Pranayama is the art and practice of breath control. It prepares us for deeper states of meditation and calms the mind. In this workshop we will explore the science behind this therapeutic practice as well as the anatomy of breath and the muscles of respiration. We will practice and learn some pranayama sequences that you can fit into your everyday life.
