Join us for a kids yoga summer series. Weekly themes will include introduction to yoga sun and moon sequences, animals and bugs, vacations and camping, and super-heroes. The hour-long class will include an appropriate mix of energetic movements, quiet breathing and meditation, and group activities to encourage body awareness, self-regulation and social interaction. There will be outdoor practices as long as the weather is cooperative. Be sure to bring water and wear weather appropriate active clothing.
