This workshop offers an introduction to the basic principles and techniques used in Kundalini with the aim to improve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Adrian has recently returned to Jersey after a 20 year spiritual adventure and is keen to share some of the jewels he gathered along the way.
