This Immersion & Training is the best of all three – Mindfulness Pilates & Yoga.
Physically you will experience a Therapeutic Sequence & variations, nourishing the pelvic floor, subtle & deep core, our ‘glorious glutes’ and the spine
Mentally you will experience focus , clarity & freedom using Subtle Body Meditation Techniques, interweaving Mindfulness Teachings & an opportunity to revise & strengthen what’s most important
Emotionally you will have an opportunity to reconnect with your core values, learn connections between the Subtle Body, our mentality & physicality and how this connection can help us heal or feel better about ourselves.
Overall this is a whole body & mind approach covering traditional philosophy, pranayama techniques & meditation blended with muscle activation, release along with the use of props such as the Pilates Ring, Corgeous Ball & Roll & Release balls.

Gain Certification hours toward our 300hr or 500hr Teacher Training Qualifications.
