Join us for this unique opportunity to experience the combined power of yoga nidra and acupuncture!

Led by Fabiola Medeiros, LAc. of Thrive Acupuncture and Wellness and our own faculty member Kerry Quigg, this session will begin with a brief overview of the concepts of both yoga nidra and acupuncture. Participants will then engage in some gentle movement to prepare the body for stillness. Once everyone is settled and cozy, Fabiola will apply a few acupuncture needles at meridian points meant to enhance the relaxation of the nidra practice, and Kerry will then guide us through a restorative journey into the Nidra cave.

Space for this workshop is limited to twelve participants; advance registration is required.

Please feel free to bring a mat to class, as well as a blanket, eye pillow or other item to support your relaxation.
