Join us on Friday, October 29th right after Release and Restore yoga for a Flexfam mixer and wine down, a happy hour with wine and Covid-safe individual charcuterie cups from 7:15-8PM. Though there's no cost to attend this free event, we do require an RSVP for planning purposes. Feel free to preregister and bring a friend, or even better yet sign up for yoga at 6 and happy hour right after for the perfect detox-to-retox situation!
