There’s a yearning to remember. Remember that we are social beings, and we crave connection and meaning. This is a meaning-making afternoon designed to seed and grow the best parts of ourselves.
The practice will be one of embodiment; Waking up and addressing our entire self, coupled with a breath-practice to calm our nervous system and ground us.
The second part will bring us into a circle of kinship with food, dharma and journaling.
