These movements target balancing the fascia of the body and are designed to break down adhesions, rehydrate, tone, strengthen and bring more flexibility and function to the energy network of the body's connective tissue system. When your body is balanced, you're able to move with ease and freedom.
No previous yoga experience required. All levels of fitness and all bodies are welcome.
September 13th: At least one dose of the Covid-19 Vaccination
October 24th: Two doses of the the vaccination
If we are once again forced to close the studio due to higher restrictions, this class will NOT be cancelled. It will be moved to a virtual/online format. Please be prepared for this. No refunds will be given if the studio closes. Your class will continue online.
