No experience is necessary and all genders are welcomed!

Includes: ($30pp) 2 person participation of interactive warm-up, stretch, choreo and more!

Suggested Attire: *Masks mandatory for In-Studio Participation

(Lead/Performer) a form-fitting outfit that can consist of leggings, stockings/fishnets, knee pads/leg warmers/over-the-knee socks, heels (7 inches or less) or flat-footed.

(Base/Partner) Comfortable clothing that allows a full range of movement and shoes that provide a good grip on floors

Be mindful of buttons, zippers and colors that may catch or bleed as there will be some sexy grinding in your routine!
