Description
Indulge in this full Two Hour Feature Class of Long Slow Deep. This experience is something unique due to the amount of time we get to spend nourishing our ability to go inward. This series does wonders for the nervous system with a focus on forward bends on the floor, with opportunities to support the body with props where needed. Physically there is a focus on hips, hamstrings and heart. The indulgence however comes from the benefits of winding down mentally and using breathing practices to go inward (Pratyahara) It's something you cannot get from the shorter length versions of this style of Yoga.
This practice is the perfect practice to integrate the Foundations of Mindfulness and to practice its pillars ~ words cannot do this practice justice as its a feeing you leave with that does not require justification. The time spent is always worth it for your mind.
