Sooooo… you know a little about Ayurveda and you know a little about the Doshas, but just how do you tailor your asana practice to enhance the balance that you are seeking to maintain? How can you use the many poses of yoga to enhance or temper a dosha that is out of whack?
This workshop will explain exactly that and more. We’ll look at an asana practice from all different angles. We’ll study the entire process of sequencing from ways to position the overall structure to choosing just the right poses. Furthermore we will experiment with how they are sequenced as well as uniquely presented and performed to create a class that is as unique as a personal Ayurvedic prescription itself!
