Unwind, decompress, and turn inward as we are meant to during these darkest nights of the year. Join Reiki Masters Lyndsey Stropkey and Anna Shostrand and John Welton for an evening of self-care and healing. Practice gentle and restorative yoga while receiving Reiki and relaxation massage. Enjoy musical medicine and sound healing with John and his centuries old Nepalese singing bowls while you rest! You may wish to bring your own yoga mat, and any blankets or cushions that add to your comfort. Community props will be provided for all as well. 

 

Lyndsey Stropkey and Anna Shostrand have practiced and taught yoga and Reiki together for many years, along with being best friends since they were teens. John Welton has been making musical medicine with his original songs for the last 20+ years, along with adding Reiki and sound healing into his toolbox in more recent years. Lyndsey and John are also part of the band John Welton & The Awakening.
