This 6-week series introduces the fundamentals of a yoga practice in a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment. Students will develop proper breathing techniques, fundamental yoga poses, and methods for relaxation. This series is taught in a sequential manner to help students become comfortable with the building blocks of a yoga practice.  All a beginner student needs is an open mind and the desire to reap the benefits of yoga.  After you complete this 6 Week Beginner Yoga Series you will be prepared to safely and confidently join the other yoga classes offered at The Yoga Hub.
