This Christmas Day Yoga Class will be a Karma yoga class of grace and gratitude.  Karma yoga is the yoga of work or action wherein an individual’s selfless acts are offered as a spiritual offering.  The Yoga Hub and AnnMarie are offering this class to you.  There will be a Karma jar that you may drop a cash donation into.  This year the funds will be donated, in your honour, to The Grace Inn Shelter.
