Description
Regular self-care can help teens replenish physical, mental, and emotional energy at an early age while boosting creative and spiritual reserves. All of these can get depleted when you're tired and stressed and feeling isolated. We'll help girls get into a routine of creating the space and habits for taking care of themselves through a series of simple self-care activities, surrounded by like-minded girls. We'll make sure they build positive habits, not just distraction from pressure, and help them uncover their favourite activities for lifelong energy and resilience. Led by life coach Gina Faubert, classes will include mindfulness, positive thinking tools, tips to get through tough stuff, and open discussions about working through teen challenges. We'll show girls how self-care is not only fun but oh so good for you too!
